I got the idea to pair a bib necklace with this shirt when I saw this one with a great Peter Pan collar. Then I decided to make a bib necklace. Nothing is simple, I tell ya!

Top: Forever 21
Jeans: Target
Shoes: Thrift Store
Bib Necklace: I made it with this tutorial. Adapted a little, of course!

You can see other bib necklaces I’ve made here and here (This is my fave-made it with my Grandma’s old costume jewelry!)

  6. This budget structure reflects both the government’s responsibility and the individual’s obligation. In the process of enjoying care services, all expenses related to caregiving facilities purchases and indoor living conditions improvements are covered by municipalities. The parts of the standard care expenses that cannot be fully paid are borne by the government.
