Valentine’s Day Printables and Love Notes

Happy February!

I love Valentine’s Day. Honestly, it’s kind of weird, because I’m a bit of a cynic. (Like you couldn’t pay me to watch a romantic comedy!) But there’s just something about Love Month that wins me over every year. I blame the sugar!

This year I wanted to do something a little special for Kingston leading up to Valentine’s Day. I think his love language might be words of affirmation. I mean, I think his love language is probably all 5 of them. Ha! But I’ve definitely noticed that he responds well to being told how awesome he is. 🙂 He’s also a big fan of mail. So I got a little mailbox from the Target Dollar Spot and plan to put a love note and treat inside it every morning until Valentine’s Day! And we’ll probably hang the notes on his door each day. This morning he said, “Mom, I really love this!” So I wanted to share the idea in case you want to do it too.

I also made you some Valentine’s Day card printables that you can print off and put in your own mailbox. (Okay, I made them last year for the Jacksonville Moms Blog, but I really liked this set and wanted to share again this year!) There’s a set of pink cards and a set of teal ones. Just print on card-stock and embellish to your heart’s desire.

The glasses cards were obviously begging for some googly eyes. 🙂 And your little Valentine might enjoy adding some heart or car stickers. Go crazy! Now print enough to hand out to friends, and you’re all set for the big day with two weeks to spare.

Good job, you over-achiever, you. 😉
