When Samuel’s mom and I talked about doing a newborn session at home, this is how I described the way I would shoot: “Think less babies-in-baskets; more lifestyle.” 🙂 There’s nothing like the anticipation and excitement that comes along with bringing home a brand-new baby. Years from now, I want my clients to look back on the photos of one of the happiest (most exhausting!) seasons of their lives with smiles on their faces. That’s why I strive to capture this time in an authentic way. And that’s exactly what we did with this beautiful family! They played, snuggled, kissed, and swaddled. And I just tried to capture all of it!
