amelia island

The Habecks are one of our absolute favorite families. We hate living in different states, but love spending time with them whenever we can. So, we get really excited when they come to Florida every June for a conference in Amelia Island. This was the first year that the boys (babies) were there together. It definitely makes for a different dynamic when you have kids to entertain, doesn't it?! But they're the kind of friends that we can do a lot of nothing with and still have a great time. One of our favorite things is to take a "family" picture every time we're all together. The first one we took was back in 2007. It had 4 people. The latest one has 6 people, plus one more Habeck on the way. 🙂
