Anderson and I hung out with my “little” brother Friday night. We went to dinner at Harry’s in Jax Beach then Anderson had to take off for band practice at church. So, it was just me and Don. What to do? The night was young. I told him I needed to make a quick stop at the Town Center. We went to Target and I headed for the pharmacy. As I took my purchase to the counter, I felt a little nerdy and a tad old. Don came up behind me and looked at what I was holding: a 15-day pack of Claratin D. Yeah, it was Friday night and I was in Target buying sinus medicine. That’s when I noticed that he was holding something too: Afrin nose spary. We just looked at each other, and I said, “We’re pathetic!”
It’s astonishing to me how you both turned out look exactly like one of your parents, and OPPOSITE parents at that!
