Kingston struggles a lot with anxiety, and one of his big fears is heights. But a few weeks ago he kicked that fear in the teeth and climbed 219 steps up to the top of the St. Augustine Lighthouse (minus a few when Anderson carried him!) It was the perfect opportunity, on the day before a new school year began, to remind him that he can do all things THROUGH CHRIST who gives him strength. We took him downtown to his favorite pizza place to celebrate!

We all loved the St. Augustine Lighthouse! In addition to enjoying the gorgeous views from the top, we also toured the maritime museum. The grounds also have a pirate playground and several nature trails. (It’s all included with your ticket!) If you plan on checking it out, here’s a coupon!
